Dr. Kivlin received his undergraduate education at UW-La Crosse. He holds a Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Kivlin utilizes a diagnostic and therapeutic approach to diagnose and treat eye diseases.
Dr. Kivlin is also a certified health coach with an emphasis on nutrition. He strongly believes in nutritional intervention to slow down and prevent eye disease, understanding the nutritional connection to healthy vision.
A native of Fridley, Minnesota, Dr Monette received his undergraduate education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He holds a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.
Dr. Monette is a military veteran with 26 years of service in the United States Navy and enjoys serving the vision care needs of the community.
